About Courtney Dietrich

Born and raised in Vero Beach, Courtney Dietrich grew up in a 2-story, Spanish-style house in the Vero Beach Country Club neighborhood where she established her love of golf, and which inspired her to get a degree in Professional Golf Management and Graphic Design from Florida State University.  Upon graduation, while the Golf Shop Merchandise Director at the Windsor Club in Vero, she was presented with a member invite to teach at their summer club, the Piping Rock Club in Locust Valley, New York. Serving as an instructor alongside Long Island’s most respected golf professionals enabled Courtney to expand her network immensely.  Those connections propelled her to move to and thrive in Greenwich, Connecticut working with the Santa Monica based apparel brand johnnie-O. While working alongside the illustrious johnnie-O owners, the O’Donnell family, Courtney doubled the company’s Florida business volume each year, successfully building and maintaining relationships with Florida’s most elite private golf clubs.

As a model in Miami with world renowned Wilhelmina Models, Courtney learned the importance of effective representation working with notable brands such as Vogue, Perry Ellis, and Pottery Barn.  Today, an award-winning member of the Florida State Golf Association (FSGA), in addition to being a member of the Grand Harbor Golf Club and Boulevard Tennis Club, Courtney has combined her love of the country club lifestyle and her passion for reimagining coastal real estate properties.   In her free time, Courtney can be found playing golf, or tennis, enjoying the beach, practicing yoga at Level Yoga on Cardinal Drive, or working to perfect the landscaping at her home.

Starting the family trend, Courtney’s grandmother Mary Lyon joined Alex MacWilliam Real Estate in 1980 after moving the family to Vero from Ft. Lauderdale.  Now, Courtney has the pleasure of working alongside her REALTOR® mother, Barbara Dietrich, as well as her father, Karl Dietrich, a state certified residential appraiser and REALTOR®.

Courtney’s wealth of local knowledge and perspective as a third generation Florida REALTOR® combined with her personal experiences in buying, renovating, and selling brings a unique level of understanding of today’s home values. From vintage estates to today’s waterfront dream homes, Courtney’s attention to detail and ability to truly understand her client’s goals is what sets her apart.  Experience her expertise first-hand by calling 772-538-3892, Emailing or visit her website anytime at
